Hello, I am Monserrath!

Monserrath Zamora-Molina is now accepting new clients on a sliding scale basis. She offers telehealth (virtual/online). Available appointments are Saturdays starting at 9:00 am to 1:00 p.m. and Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm via Telehealth (virtual therapy via a secure online platform). Sessions will be held for the clinical hour (50 min).

My Story

Monserrath Zamora is a Social Worker intern who is working in receiving a master’s degree in
social work from Western New Mexico University. Monserrath is a bilingual therapist (English
and Spanish), and she has eight years of experience working with families as a Health Navigator
under the Community Behavioral Health umbrella. She is also a certified trainer under the
Applied Suicide Intervention Training (ASIST).
 
Monserrath brings her Health Navigator experiences into her clinical practice to create a diverse
and inclusive approach with each client. With her experience navigating the health care system,
advocating for her community, and empowering clients, she applies a whole person’s approach
by providing an individualized needs perspective.
 
Monserrath specialty is working with families using a culturally diverse approach. She uses
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Applied Suicide Interventions, and Whole Person-Centered
therapy. Whole Person Center Therapy encompasses emotional, mental, social, and spiritual
needs. Monserrath’s goal in therapy is to improve overall mental health by targeting social
determinants of health barriers.
 
Monserrath’s experience working with families through navigation of health services drives her
passion to assist families and empower them to reach their personal goals. She is dedicated to
helping her clients to become the best version of themselves through healing and fostering
behavior change.
Monserrath is thrilled to work with a diverse group of clients from every age, culture, gender,
and orientation. Monserrath’s overall vision for her clients is to empower them to reach their full
potential.
 
During her free time, Monserrath loves to spend time with her family and going hiking, camping,
taking her two dogs on a walk, and dancing.
